Project Kartavya is a heartfelt initiative launched by Om Vijay Navjeevan Maharaj Charitable Trust, Mumbai, dedicated to feeding and caring for stray animals across Maharashtra. Inspired by the principle of compassion and service, this project aims to ensure that no street animal goes hungry, especially in urban and rural areas where these voiceless lives are often ignored.
Our mission is to provide daily nourishment and basic care to street animals, including dogs, cats, cows, and birds, while raising awareness about their needs and promoting kindness towards all living beings.
Project Kartavya is being actively implemented across various districts in Maharashtra – from the bustling streets of Mumbai and Pune to the smaller towns and remote areas. Our volunteers and team members are working tirelessly to identify areas where street animals are in need and ensure they receive regular food and water.
Street animals are an invisible part of our communities, often left without food or care. With rising urbanization, their natural habitats and food sources are disappearing. Project Kartavya is a step toward building a more empathetic society that cares for every living being.
We exist for non-profits, social enterprises, community groups, activists,lorem politicians and individual citizens that are making.
To provide Financial assistance to weaker section of the society & to enable there children (0-15 Years) get access to quality care and treatment.This cause is being starting newly in 2024 itself as a one more step towards bringing happiness and smile.
01To promote lifelong learning opportunities for individuals of all ages through adult education programs. Vocational training, and skill development initiatives, empowering them to adapt to changing societal and economic needs.
Om Vijay Navjeevan Maharaj Charitable Trust Actively and Provided Support to the disaster victims in the tough times. Navjeevan Foundation reached the affected underprivileged community in this calamity with support of local Volunteers
03Support orphanage to effectively run their shelter homes by assisting them in basic and Critical expenses like shelter, food, education, clothing and Medical.
Under Campaign and Volunteer programs, Navjeevan Foundation Conducts awareness drives, health awareness campaigns, participate in Social programs, Conduct employee engagement programs for corporate houses, conduct environment awareness drives.
05To improve access to essential healthcare services for underserved communities including those in remote or marginalized areas. Arrange Medical Camps including all normal Body Checkups, ECG, routine test etc.Blood Donation Camps. Women’s hygienic Awarness Program.
06Enhance the learning capabilities of the children of the rural communities. Bring qualitative changes in Knowledge, Attitude, Behavioral patterns and prevalent practices amongst the under priviledged children of the rural area
07To promote economic empowerment for women, men and transgender individuals by providing vocational training. Financial literraly programs, microfinance initiatives and support for entrepreneurship
08To raise awareness about the importance of tree planting for environmental consignation, climate change mitigation and sustainable development through educational outreach programs, workshops and awareness campaigns.
